CANCELLATION POLICY
Our time is the most precious resource, so I kindly ask that you provide notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
1. Notice Requirements:
• Cancellations or rescheduling: Must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Will incur a fee of 75%.
2. Fees for Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: 75% of the service cost
• No-shows: 100% of the service cost
3. Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

5. Prepaid Appointments:
For prepaid sessions, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the prepaid amount, or the session may be forfeited if adequate notice isn’t provided.
